GetPrivateJet is an independent marketing and referral platform. We connect users with third-party licensed air charter brokers and operators. GetPrivateJet.com is a request forwarding platform. We are not a licensed air charter operator, air carrier, or aviation broker. Our sole function is to receive trip requests submitted through this website and pass those requests to third-party licensed charter brokers who will then contact you directly.

2. No Air Carrier Role

GetPrivateJet:

• Is not an air carrier
• Does not own or operate aircraft
• Does not provide air transportation services

All flights are operated by properly licensed and certified air carriers. By submitting a request through this platform, you acknowledge and agree that your enquiry will be forwarded to one or more independent aviation professionals. All charter arrangements, pricing, contracts, and services are provided exclusively by those third-party brokers and operators — not by GetPrivateJet.com.

3. No Brokerage Services

We do not:

• Arrange flights
• Negotiate pricing
• Accept payment for charter services

Any agreements for flights are made directly between you and the broker/operator.

4. Third-Party Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Flight operations
• Safety
• Delays
• Service delivery

These are the responsibility of the third-party provider. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, pricing, quality, safety, or suitability of any aircraft or charter service provided by third-party brokers. We do not guarantee that a broker will respond to your request, that aircraft will be available, or that any quote offered will meet your requirements.

5. User Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by third-party aviation providers. Your contact and itinerary information will be shared with third-party charter brokers for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetPrivateJet.com expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any flights, charters, or transportation services arranged through brokers introduced via this platform
• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or any operational disruptions
• Loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring during or in connection with any charter flight
• Any disputes between you and a charter broker or operator
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party brokers
• Any financial loss arising from bookings made with brokers introduced via this platform

We are strictly an intermediary. Any contract for charter services is formed exclusively between you and the operator or broker — not with GetPrivateJet.com.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a charter request
• You are responsible for verifying the credentials and licensing of any broker or operator that contacts you
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking terms and conditions provided by the broker before entering into any agreement
• You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose
